A $35 deposit is charged on all totes.
Deposits are refunded or exchanged only when totes are returned in:
good structural condition
clean condition
fully emptied
free of contamination, mold, chemicals, garbage, excessive moisture, or foreign material
suitable for immediate reuse
Totes that are damaged, excessively dirty, contaminated, altered, or unusable will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Examples of non-refundable conditions include:
broken or cut straps
chemical or fuel residue
mold, rot, or water damage
excessive feed buildup
garbage or debris left inside
Returned totes are subject to inspection upon receipt.
